The structural and architectural design is built to be used for a very long time and it is also built with environmental consciousness. The whole house was built ideally for private use and not for build & sell purposes. In fact, it was supervised from land excavation to house furnishings. This elegant and beautiful house has an even greater beauty in the inside, as in fact, all the structural foundation, architectural design, paintings, pippings, windows and all other furniture are built with the best of the best brands and by well-known people.

The house has provisions for solar panels and room for solar cells that are already in place. No wood is used in the house except for bamboo planks on selected areas. Provisions for dual piping for water are already in place and ready to be used. The general design concept of the house are all about space, simplicity and light. It has a very good air flow system, in fact, the air direction was studied first before the house design was made. The house has a provision for elevator (until 3^rd floor), but is currently used as a storage room.

The whole house has a centralize pipe in Dyne music studio for sounds.
